記者会見
今年の梅雨はぐずついた天気が続くという長期予報であったが、6月9日に梅雨入りしてから、結構、晴れの日も多く、今週に入っても4日連続で晴天が続いている。お陰で、「きょうの広瀬川」の映像もネタが豊富で順番待ちの状態になっている。
昨年7月から取り組んでいた
「青葉山」のPRビデオが、やっと完成した。「生命（いのち）あふれる青葉山」という題で、杜の都「仙台」の市街地に隣接する「青葉山」の魅力を再発見できたらと「青葉山の緑を守る会」が制作した。5名の会員が約1年かけてビデオで撮影したが、大都市の近くにありながら、豊かな自然が残されており、「カモシカ」やオオルリなどの「野鳥」、「カタクリ」や「ヒメシャガ」などの多くの植物やきのこ類、「クワガタ」などの昆虫類も多数収められている。ちなみに私は編集も担当し、期限の6月末までなんとかカタチにすることができた。
DVD完成のお披露目の場は仙台市の記者クラブ、6月30日の午後1時から記者会見を行い、新聞、テレビの報道機関に発表した。アマチュアが撮ったビデオであるが、青葉山を愛している人々が撮った説得力がある映像にプロはかなわない。4社ほどから取材を受けた。なお、このＤＶＤは7月17日に一般市民を対象にした発表会が予定されているが、「きょうの広瀬川」のＨＰでも見られる。
